Cruise the Shoug returns Aug. 8 in WashougalSubscriber Exclusive

Car enthusiasts can show off their vehicles and support local nonprofits during the Cruise the Shoug car show on Saturday, Aug. 8, at 54-40 Brewery, 3801 Truman St.

The fundraiser for the Camas-Washougal Community Chest will feature classic and modern cars, trucks, motorcycles and rat rods. Vehicle registration begins at 11 a.m., with the show running from noon to 4 p.m.

The entry fee is $25 per vehicle. Spectator admission is free, and free parking will be available in nearby lots and on surrounding streets. Organizers said there is space for more than 100 entrants.

Handcrafted trophies created by PhoenixForge will be awarded. For more information, call Susan Bennett at 916-330-7932.
