The 2025 Washougal Harvest Festival will be held from 4-10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, at Reflection Plaza in downtown Washougal.

The 21-and-older event will feature food, beverages and three east Clark County-based bands, according to a news release.

“Last year we had a very successful two-day event at the Port of Camas-Washougal,” event organizer Sean Guard said. “We had some local talent and a Eagles tribute band that really carried the weekend. This year we are bringing the event a bit more local with three very popular local groups.”

Wayne Havrelly will begin playing at 4 p.m., followed by Stormdog at 5:30 p.m. and Cadillacs for Everyone at 7:30 p.m.

Havrelly is a graduate of Washougal High School and recently retired after a decadeslong career as a news anchor, most recently for KOIN in Portland. Stormdog is headed up by Washougal graduates Brian Williams and Alexander Jurgens. Cadillacs for Everyone is led by Camas graduate Jim Hively.

“All three groups have a wonderful local following and they all play a different variety of cover songs,” Guard said. “From some informal polling, people were most excited about good, local bands in a more intimate setting, so here we are.”

Admission costs $25 per person and includes entry, a souvenir glass, and two beverages. Zenner’s sausages, hot dogs, giant pretzels, and fondue will also be available. No outside beverages are allowed. The festival will provide tables and seating.
