Chipotle Mexican Grill opened its first Camas location on Dec. 23.
The restaurant, located at 19530 Brady Road, features the brand’s signature Chipotlane, a drive-thru pick-up lane that allows guests to pick up digital orders without leaving their cars. It will be open every day from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Camas guests can try the brand’s newest protein, Carne Asada, and newest sauce, Red Chimichurri, for a limited time, and order “Build Your Own Chipotle,” which serves four to six people.
The restaurant is a part of The Vantage, a retail development located at the interchange of State Route 14 and Southeast 192nd Avenue.
“With unmatched freeway visibility, distinct architecture, and direct access to a thriving, high-growth trade area, The Vantage is designed to bring lasting identity and activation to the southern edge of the district,” Cascadia Development Partners’ website states.
The project features 28,000 square feet of office space, 17,600 square feet of retail space, and 169 on-site parking stalls. Confirmed tenants include Starbucks, Chipotle, Quarry Public House, YogaSix, CycleBar, and Clash Beauty Collective.
